Who is the Resource Hub for?
The Resource Hub is for anyone working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting who wants to grow their leadership skills. Leadership doesn’t depend on a title... every role has the power to lead. Whether you’re a receptionist, nurse, administrator, or physician, the way you show up makes a real difference to your team and, ultimately, to the patient experience.
Is this really free?
Yes - it’s completely free. At Human Scaffold, our mission is to make soft skills development accessible to anyone working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting, no matter their role. We recognize that not every team is ready to dive into a workshop, so we’ve curated a collection of learning materials that all staff can explore at their own pace as part of their commitment to lifelong learning. It is also for current clients and those who are between workshops.
What are "Choose-Your-Adventure" Solutions?
Inspired by the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure books he loved as a kid, founder Mike Zimic created interactive learning experiences where participants make choices and explore different outcomes. It’s a way to meet you where you are in your journey... offering the next best thing when an in-person or virtual workshop isn’t possible.
Do I need to be in a leadership role to benefit from the Resource Hub?
Not at all. Leadership isn’t about a title... it’s about influence. Whether you’re a nurse, receptionist, administrator, or physician, the skills you’ll learn here help you communicate more effectively, strengthen teamwork, and improve the patient experience. Everyone has the potential to lead from where they are.
How much time will this take?
The Resource Hub is self-paced, so you can dive in for five minutes or spend longer when you have time. The materials are designed to fit into a busy clinic schedule without adding stress.
Will my information be private?
Yes. Joining the Resource Hub simply gives you access to the learning materials. We respect your privacy and will never share your information.
