Are the Team Synergy Program and Lead DARE to be Brave a fixed set of workshops?
No. We have a menu of workshops that we use to build the program, based on your specific needs.
How do you arrive at the content for the workshops?
All workshops are based on content that is derived from expert research. All workshops are designed by Human Scaffold Founder, Mike Zimic (certified by the Ontario College of Teachers - OCT) who has a deep understanding and depth of knowledge of planning interactive workshops based on a decade of classroom experience.
How long is each workshop?
Workshops can range in any length. Most commonly, workshops are in 3 timeslots: 1.5 hours, half-day (3 hours), full day (7 hours) or a multi-day retreat.
I’ve never worked with a consultant before. I’m interested, so what’s the process of learning more about your services?
We can jump on a 30 minute Teams call. The objective of the call is to learn more about what you’d like to accomplish with your clinic, and the challenges you’re facing. IT IS NOT A SALES CALL! There is only a follow-up call if you’re interested in learning more. If after the call you would like to take the next step, we could have another call and/or a proposal that I will send to you, based on your needs. In short, you’re in control of the process and there is no pressure to move forward.
I’m nervous about bringing in someone that I don’t know, and putting them in front of my team. How do I introduce this to them?
Depending on the situation you are going through with your team, we will draft an email that you can share with your team. You can edit it as you see fit to ensure that it aligns with the unique language and terminology that you use in your clinic. All communication that we will have with members of your team will be filtered through you.
